Example: you buy a Philips air fryer from us. Condition 'Like New', worked perfectly on arrival. After four months the heating element makes a strange noise and the appliance switches itself off.
You send us a message via the contact page: "Mijn airfryer doet het niet meer, bestelnummer SB-2024-xxxx." Binnen een paar uur krijg je antwoord. We sturen je een retourlabel — je plakt het op de doos en geeft het pakket af bij een bpost-punt.
Wij ontvangen het, bekijken het, en bevestigen dat het een fabrieksdefect is. Je kiest: een vervangende airfryer (als we die op voorraad hebben) of je geld terug. In beide gevallen betalen wij de verzendkosten. Doorlooptijd: meestal binnen een week geregeld.
