What exactly are return products?

These are products that were returned by other customers — for example because the packaging was opened or because the product didn't meet their expectations. Every item is checked and tested by us before it appears in the shop.

Do I get warranty on my purchase?

Yes, all our products come with a 2-year warranty. Should something unexpectedly go wrong, we'll repair or replace the product free of charge.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Once your parcel is on its way, you'll receive a track & trace code to follow the delivery.

Can I return my order?
