Second-hand means someone has previously purchased the product. Return products are more specific: these are items sent back to online shops by customers — often unused or barely used. At Secondbay, we primarily sell return products that we test ourselves before listing them in the shop.

We sell return products in the categories electronics (headphones, speakers, tablets), household (vacuum cleaners, air fryers, coffee machines), tools (drills, batteries, angle grinders) and personal care (shavers, toothbrushes). Our assortment changes continuously.

Yes. Every product at Secondbay comes with 2 years of legal warranty — the same warranty as a new product. In Belgium, this is legally required, including for second-hand and return products. You also have a 14-day cooling-off period.

Every product is hand-tested by our team in Belgium. We check all functions, assess the appearance, and assign an honest condition score: from 'Like new' to 'Fair'. What doesn't pass, we don't sell. Read more about our testing process.

Yes. Every product that gets a second life is one less that needs to be manufactured or destroyed. In the EU, nearly €22 billion worth of return products were destroyed in 2022 — simply because they could no longer be sold as 'new'. At Secondbay, we test them and give them a second chance.
