The Philips Viva HR7510/10 combines an 800W motor with a compact design. The machine handles bread dough and hard vegetables, but features built-in overheating protection.
This protection switches off the motor during prolonged use or excessive load – a practical safety feature. The 2.1-litre bowl offers space for about five portions of soup or smoothie. The liquid capacity is lower, at one litre in the supplied jug.
Philips lists more than 29 functions, supported by accessories such as an S-blade, a 2-in-1 slicing/grating disc and a citrus press. A colour-coded speed system (two speeds plus a pulse function) helps choose the right setting. All accessories are dishwasher-safe.
