The Calor AeroSteam DT9810C0 tackles creases with a combination of steam and suction — the steam softens the fibres, the suction pulls them taut. The result approaches that of an iron, without needing an ironing board. A shirt can be steamed in less than three minutes, and thanks to the heated soleplate, the garment is immediately dry and ready to wear. No condensation marks, no waiting.

Three settings, one reservoir: what you need to know about using it

The steamer has three settings for different fabrics, including delicate materials. The water tank is on the small side at 0.10 litres — enough for a shirt or two, but for a whole wardrobe you will need to refill. The heat-up time is short at 30 seconds, and at 1.55 kg it sits comfortably in the hand. The 2.60 m cord gives you freedom of movement, although it is not a cordless model.
