Toppik Hair Building Fibers are tiny hair fibres that blend with your own hair. The result is immediately visible: fuller and more natural-looking hair.

The fibres are made from organic keratin proteins – the same protein as your own hair. They adhere to hair through static electricity and stay in place. Application is simple: hold the bottle over the thinning area and shake gently. After application, tap lightly with your fingertips to perfect the distribution.

With the optional Toppik Fiberhold spray, you ensure the fibres stay put even in wind, rain, or during exercise. The fibres do not transfer, do not flake, and are easily removed with any shampoo.

Toppik Hair Building Fibers Middenbruin works with thousands of microscopic hair fibres that attach to your own hair through static electricity. The result is immediately visible: hair appears fuller and gains a natural look. The fibres are made from organic keratin proteins – the same building blocks as your own hair. They blend invisibly and do not transfer, flake or cause irritation. A 12g bottle provides multiple applications.

How the hair fibres work – a matter of physics and colour

The mechanism is based on static electricity. After application, the fibres attach to the hair and stay in place. The process is fast: within seconds, the fibres cover thinning areas. The Middenbruin colour is designed to blend seamlessly, but the result depends on an exact match with your natural hair colour. A good match is crucial for an invisible effect.

  • Ingredients – Keratin, ammonium chloride, Silicon, DMDM Hydantoin. May contain colourants such as Yellow 6, Red 33 or Blue 1.

Material and composition – keratin as the base

The fibres are composed of organic keratin proteins. This choice ensures a natural look and feel, as keratin is the main component of human hair. The formula further contains ammonium chloride, silicon and the preservative DMDM Hydantoin. Various colourants may be added to achieve the specific Middenbruin shade.

Daily use and fixation – from application to removal

Apply the fibres to dry, styled hair by gently shaking the bottle over thinning areas. Then tap lightly with your fingertips to distribute them. For stronger fixation – for example in wind, rain or during exercise – the separately available Toppik Fiberhold spray is required. Without this spray, attachment relies solely on static electricity. The product is easily removed by washing your hair with any shampoo. Use the Toppik Spray Applicator and Toppik Hairline Optimizer for precise application along the hairline.
