The VIVA is part of the OMRON Smart Ecosystem. Via Bluetooth, it syncs with the ‘OMRON connect’ app on iOS or Android to track measurements, share data and gain deeper insights. Setup requires some initial time: a one-time app installation, setting units, and registering personal details. For a measurement, place the scale on a hard, flat floor and step onto it with bare feet, distributing your weight evenly. Results appear on the display and in the app. Think of it as a tool for awareness, not a stick to beat yourself with.

At 34 by 32 centimetres, the scale offers a spacious, stable platform with a height of 50 millimetres. It runs on four included AAA batteries.
